TEH FIRDAUS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1.0: General Policy
- All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
- Product image as seen on the site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.
- Orders are processed within 3–4 working days after payment confirmation.
- Deliveries are not processed on Sundays, Mondays, or Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be handled on the next working day.
- Courier delivery within Peninsular Malaysia takes approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- International deliveries typically take 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
- Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.
- Teh Firdaus is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- All sales are final.
- All sales and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for no-stock item(s).
- No cash refund on any defective items. We will do exchange product only.
- No refund on any circumstances.
- Self collection can only available after 2-3 days after payment confirmation. We are closed on Sunday, Monday & Public Holidays.
- Self collection can pick up at address : No.12A, Jalan Equine 1H, Pusat Komersil Equine, Taman Equine, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
2.0: Return & Exchange Policy
- Customers can exchange damaged/wrong/faulty items (normal price items) within 7 days of purchase date for the exchange of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained, and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
- Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact.
- Each item is eligible for one (1) exchange only.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are advised to check available sizes and designs on our website before requesting an exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Any price difference will be communicated and must be settled before processing.
- No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including sale items.
